This year, TATUN participated in the STP Project Talent Development Program.

For us, this was more than just a visit—it was a responsibility: to show students the authentic reality of the industry before they embark on their careers.
A group of eager university students entered TATUN. Instead of a standard presentation, we chose to begin this interaction with “genuine exchange.” Students proactively asked questions and observed details, seeking to understand how equipment operates, how corporate decisions are made, and whether they might find their place here in the future.
We shared more than corporate information—we conveyed the pulse of production lines, shifts in the industry, and real-world challenges beyond textbooks. Witnessing their focus and contemplation, we deeply felt: this exchange wasn’t merely about knowing the company, but helping them understand their future.
After the visit, students will create corporate analysis presentations based on their observations, integrating classroom knowledge with on-site experience. This practice guides them from a “student perspective” toward a “career perspective.”
TATUN firmly believes:

Talent development shouldn’t wait until after entering the workforce.

If we can provide them with direction, courage, and opportunities while they are still learning, then this investment becomes even more valuable.
We will continue to open the doors of industry for the next generation, bringing education and industry closer together, and helping more young people see their own possibilities.
