To implement effective energy management, TA TUN has not only adopted the ISO 50001 system but also established a cross-departmental ‘Energy Implementation Committee Task Force’. This initiative involves partners from all units, with every colleague embracing the role of an ‘energy champion’. They conduct in-depth analyses of current energy usage patterns, from daily equipment to system processes, proposing concrete and actionable improvement recommendations.
Through cross-departmental collaboration and learning, we have not only heightened all staff’s awareness and expertise regarding energy issues but also fostered a positive, collective drive within the company to work for the planet. We shall continue to uphold the spirit of giving back to society – optimising energy management to create a more sustainable future for the environment.
