To fully realise its pledge to be ‘the greenest enterprise’, Ta Tun has mobilised its workforce to traverse forests and coastlines, conducting beach clean-ups to safeguard ecosystems and reduce marine litter. The company engages with local communities, actively supporting vulnerable groups through material donations and partnerships with foundations to deliver warmth. Furthermore, it extends its efforts into the industrial supply chain, driving integrated low-carbon transformation across the value chain towards a more environmentally responsible future.
By 2025, we will transcend individual efforts, extending our sustainability reach into the supply chain. Our goal is to build a low-carbon, intelligent industrial chain. Through the introduction of energy management and diagnostic technologies, we will provide information and resources to achieve vertical integration with supply chain partners, jointly implementing energy conservation and carbon reduction. By the end of 2025, total carbon reduction is projected to reach 1,446 tonnes – equivalent to the annual carbon dioxide absorption capacity of 3.7 Daan Forest Parks – pioneering a new era of green transformation within the wire and cable industry chain.
