However, a demanding workload should not come at the expense of rest and relaxation.
Considering that on-site colleagues cannot participate in the annual staff trip, the Staff Welfare Committee has specially devised a flexible subsidy scheme. This allows every employee to arrange their own time for physical and mental recharging, at a suitable time and in a suitable manner.
The subsidy amount for this initiative is NT$20,000 per person. We hope colleagues can relax properly outside of work, allowing both body and mind to return to their most stable state.
